Job Title: Sterile Processing Tech
Location: Everett, WA
Schedule / Job Type: Mids, Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Sterilize and decontaminate surgical instruments and equipment • Assemble and wrap surgical cases and supplies • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient and effective processing
Required Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience in Sterile Processing Technology • Current certification in Sterilization and Per sterilization (CBSPD or IAHCSMM) • Experience with Sterilization Process Management (SPM) • Experience with Epic electronic health record system
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience in inpatient, outpatient, and trauma settings • Experience with orthopedic, urology, endoscopy, vascular, thoracic, neuro, gynecology, bariatrics, plastics, podiatry, ENT, transplant, robotics, and implant surgeries • Experience with ophthalmology preferred • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
