Job Title: Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown
Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Schedule: Nights
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), and Stepdown setting. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement care plans, and monitor patient progress in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians, and document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
Required Qualifications:
• Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia • Minimum of 2 years of experience within the IMC/PCU/Stepdown specialty • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience working in a fast-paced ICU, PCU, or Stepdown setting • Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology • Strong communication and teamwork skills
