Job Title Tech - X-ray/Rad Tech Cumming, GA

Key Responsibilities • Perform X-ray and radiography exams for patients under the supervision of a licensed radiologist or technologist. • Conduct inpatient and outpatient fluoroscopy exams, including positioning and operating the fluoroscopy equipment. • Maintain a high level of patient care, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients during exams. • Collaborate with the radiology team to ensure efficient and effective exam workflow.
Required Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a radiology setting, preferably in a specialty such as X-ray/Rad Tech. • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification and current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of exams, averaging 150 exams per 24-hour period.
Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience with digital radiography equipment and software. • Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and procedures. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless patient care.
