Therapist Physical Therapy Assistant
Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Reno, NV Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients in a rehab/GERI setting • Assist physical therapists with patient care, including exercises, modalities, and activities of daily living • Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions as directed by physical therapists • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Required Qualifications: • 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in a rehab/GERI setting • Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Nevada (NV PTA)
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in a Life Care Center or similar facility • Knowledge of rehabilitation equipment and modalities • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
