Job Title Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele Greensboro, NC

Schedule / Job Type Full-time, Nights

Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions, including respiratory, general medical surgical diagnoses, palliative, end-of-life, and hospice care • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures • Monitor patient vital signs, laboratory results, and other relevant data to identify changes or concerns • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques

Required Qualifications • Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam • Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical/Tele nursing

Preferred Experience / Skills • Previous experience as a Charge RN or in a leadership role • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) such as EPIC • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
