Therapist Occupational Therapy Assistant
Job Title: Therapist - Occupational Therapy Assistant Location: Cheraw, SC Schedule / Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities:
• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in various settings, including rehabilitation facilities • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to help patients achieve their goals • Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care • Educate patients and their families on proper use of equipment and techniques • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Required Qualifications:
• State License as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) • Current CPR certification • Hepatitis B vaccination • Multi-state background check
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Previous experience working in rehabilitation settings • Familiarity with occupational therapy software and equipment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
