Registered Nurse ICU
Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU Location Nashville, TN Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians • Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
Required Qualifications: • 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse • Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certification • Current CPI certification (MAB accepted in lieu of CPI) • Ability to work with the prison population
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in an ICU or critical care setting • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
