Job Title: Tech - Surgical
Location: Spencer, IA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Scrub for a multitude of surgical specialties, including general, ortho, ophthalmology, urology, ENT, endoscopy, and C-section. • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless and efficient surgical procedures. • Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment, adhering to strict sterilization and safety protocols. • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists with surgical procedures, following established techniques and guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of Surgical Tech experience. • Minimum of 2 years of orthopedic experience required.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience with endoscopy and C-section procedures. • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
