Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical
Location Helena, MT
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Nights
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting, adhering to established standards and protocols. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs, medications, and treatments. • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques.
Required Qualifications: • 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing • Prior travel experience required • Current BLS certification • Epic EMR system experience • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with float pool rotations • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
