Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical
Location: Helena, MT
Schedule: Nights
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting, adhering to established standards and guidelines • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
Required Qualifications: • Current RN licensure in the state of MT • 2 years of medical-surgical experience • Prior travel experience required • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Proficient in Epic EMR system
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous float pool experience • Experience with hospital-wide ratios (1:5-6) • Strong communication and teamwork skills
