Schedule / Job Type: Night shifts, contract (13 weeks)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy services in a high-acuity PICU and NICU setting during night shifts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as prescribed.
• Support first-time travelers and adapt to evolving patient needs in a dynamic environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license or credential.
• Proven experience in pediatric intensive care units (PICU) and neonatal intensive care units (NICU).
• Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy equipment and procedures.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced hospital setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience working in a Level 1 trauma or teaching hospital.
• Familiarity with advanced ventilator management and neonatal respiratory care.
