Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF Location: Waterville, ME Shift: Nights We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a long-term care facility. This is a local-only opportunity for a Registered Nurse only, with no experience with Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) required. Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care to residents in a long-term care setting • Develop, implement, and revise care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care • Monitor and report patient conditions to ensure timely interventions • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maine • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in long-term care or a related setting • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Basic life support certification (BLS) and willingness to obtain ACLS and/or other certifications as required We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a competitive compensation package.
