Job Title: Therapist - Respiratory Therapist
Location: Cleveland, OH
Schedule: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in various ICU settings, including RRT-NICU, PICU, and CVICU • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans • Administer oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and other respiratory interventions as needed • Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor patient progress
Required Qualifications: • NBRC certification • BLS certification • Advanced NRP certification • PALS certification • Current Ohio RRT license • Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric or adult ICU settings • Experience in high-level care level 4 NICU settings
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working with pediatric patients (PEDS) • Experience working in PICU and NICU settings • Experience with pediatric and neonatal ventilator management • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends (optional)
