Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to oncology patients in a hospital setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and manage medication therapies, including chemo and bio therapies.
• Float between units as needed, including specialized units such as stem cell transplant, with flexibility to cover different departments.
• Document patient progress accurately using electronic health records.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon.
• ONS chemotherapy/bio certification strongly preferred.
• Experience or knowledge in oncology, stem cell transplant, or related specialties preferred.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to floating between units.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for this assignment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a hospital setting with adult oncology patients.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health records system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, acute care environment.
• Comfortable working in all-color scrub environments or business casual attire as appropriate.
