Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to telemetry patients in a hospital setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms, responding to any abnormalities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments, care activities, and interventions accurately in electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure in North Carolina or eligible for licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in telemetry or critical care settings.
• Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certification or experience in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).
• Experience with Cerner or similar electronic medical records systems.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
