Rotating shifts, full-time, temporary-to-hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care for neonatal patients in a Level 3 or 4 NICU setting.
• Float between units as needed, adapting to different clinical environments.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including standby when not on the unit.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Follow all hospital policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license, with NICU experience at Level 3 or Level 4.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Vehicle required for travel between multiple facility locations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Epic electronic charting system.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in short-term acute care settings.
• Flexibility to float to various units and facilities as needed.
• Prior experience in neonatal or pediatric intensive care units.
