Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations in a Level II Trauma Center.
• Float between units as needed, ensuring seamless patient care across departments.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, including maintaining proper documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Follow strict infection control and safety procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
• Current certifications in ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NIHSS.
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekends on a scheduled basis.
• Experience in emergency room or acute care settings preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous ER or trauma center nursing experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
