Key Responsibilities
- Provide urgent and comprehensive nursing care to emergency department patients
- Administer medications, including hanging critical medications and managing conscious sedation
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changing conditions promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Document patient assessments and procedures accurately in electronic medical records
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with hospital policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCEE, CPI (as applicable)
- Emergency Department experience required
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in the Emergency Department within a hospital setting
- Experience working in an HCA system is a plus
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multi-task effectively
