Job Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry
Location: Liberty, MO
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Nights
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes • Monitor and interpret patient telemetry data, identify trends, and report findings to healthcare providers • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management strategies
Required Qualifications: • RN license • BLS certification • ACLS certification • 1 year of Telemetry RN experience
Preferred Experience / Skills: • BSN degree • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
