We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. If you are a new graduate or have prior experience in a skilled nursing facility, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients to identify needs and develop plans for occupational therapy interventions • Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans to achieve patient goals and objectives • Conduct occupational therapy sessions with patients, including activities such as range of motion, strength, and mobility exercises • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to coordinate patient care • Document patient progress and outcomes in electronic medical records

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Studies from an accredited program • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of employment • New graduates are welcome to apply • Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred • COVID-19 vaccination and negative test results required prior to start date
