Key Responsibilities • Provide technical support for the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) team • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of operating rooms for cardiac procedures • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient care • Participate in scrubbing for cardiac surgeries, including CABG, valve replacements, and cardiothoracic procedures
Required Qualifications • 2 years of experience as a CVOR technician • Strong understanding of operating room protocols and procedures • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Basic life support certification
Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience in trauma and robotic surgery • Familiarity with electronic medical records and operating room management systems • Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed
