Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to meet individual needs • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Required Qualifications • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) • Valid certification in basic life support (BLS) and/or advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) • Ability to pass a state-specific background check
Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to communicate effectively with patients and families • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
