Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy care for neonatal patients in a Level II trauma center NICU.
- Administer and manage respiratory treatments, protocols, and equipment per medical orders.
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience required.
- Certification in NRP preferred.
- Willingness to work at least one weekend per shift.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- NICU experience in a hospital setting.
- Flexibility to work a 3x12-day shift schedule.
