Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Location: Wilmington, DE

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 36 hours per week, Night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients presenting with urgent medical conditions.
• Triage and assess patients with diverse complaints such as chest pain and abdominal pain.
• Administer treatments, medications, and procedures in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Document patient interactions accurately using Cerner electronic charting system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Support hospital operations by float coverage across various acuity levels as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Delaware or Compact RN license in hand (RN License Number and expiration date required).
• Two years of recent experience in emergency nursing.
• Current certifications with valid expiration dates (e.g., BLS, ACLS).
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Ability to provide full SSN, DOB, and address for onboarding.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a high-volume emergency department.
• Comfortable performing all ED procedures.
• Strong charting skills using Cerner system.
• Ability to float between units within acuity levels.

Additional Information:

• Contract length: 13 or 21 weeks.
• Start Date: November 3, 2025.
• No holiday or call requirements.
• Weekend rotation every other week.
• No more than 3-5 days of requested time off (RTO) after initial submission.
• Located at 501 West 14th Street, Wilmington, DE.
