Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Location: Danbury, CT

Schedule / Job Type: Days, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to clients across various settings.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with communication disorders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient progress and recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate therapy records.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to improve communication skills.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and clinical standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Proven experience in speech and language therapy.
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working with pediatric or adult populations.
• Familiarity with therapy software and documentation systems.
