Therapist Speech Language Pathologist

Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Location: White Plains, MD
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Day shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to clients based on individual assessment and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized therapy programs.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize Rehab Optima or similar therapy management systems to coordinate services effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certified or licensed in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Experience with rehab therapy, specifically in speech-language pathology, preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR certification.
• Ability to pass required background checks including criminal, sex offender, and federal searches.
• Familiarity with therapy documentation systems, preferably Rehab Optima.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience in rehabilitation or clinical settings.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols, including recent flu shot and immunizations.
• Experience working across multiple states or in multi-state jurisdictions is a plus.
