Therapist Respiratory Therapist
Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Location: Chewelah, WA Schedule / Job Type: Nights, Block Schedules
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in various units • Assess and treat patients with respiratory conditions, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and pneumonia • Implement ventilator weaning and extubation procedures • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Required Qualifications: • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification • 1 year of experience as a respiratory therapist (1st timers welcome) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with Epic charting system • Knowledge of ventilator weaning and extubation procedures • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
