Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes
Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of NM • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities • Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles and practices • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
