Therapist Speech Language Pathologist

Job Title: Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist Location: Honolulu, HI Schedule / Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities: • Assess and diagnose communication disorders in clients of various ages and abilities • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve speech, language, and swallowing skills • Conduct therapy sessions with clients, including speech therapy, language therapy, and swallowing therapy • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and treatment

Required Qualifications: • State License as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field • Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) • Strong assessment and treatment skills, with experience working with diverse populations

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working with pediatric or geriatric populations • Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment protocols and research-based practices • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with families and healthcare teams
