**Travel Respiratory Therapist** **Location:** Richmond, VA **Schedule:** Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) **Job Type:** Travel **About the Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at a prestigious healthcare facility. As a Travel Respiratory Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our interdisciplinary team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Administer oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and other respiratory interventions as prescribed by physicians * Conduct arterial blood gas analysis and interpret results * Operate various medical equipment, including nebulizers, BIPAP/CPAP machines, and ventilators * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with respiratory disorders * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records **Requirements:** * Current RRT credential * Current VA State License * Current BLS & ACLS certification * 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations **Working Conditions:** * Rotating weekends and on-call shifts * Must be able to work 24 hour shifts every 5-6 weeks **We Offer:** * Competitive compensation package * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and supportive work environment If you are a motivated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
