Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU
Location: Great Falls, MT
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, rotating shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to medical and surgical patients requiring advanced monitoring and ventilatory support.
• Operate and manage advanced medical equipment, including A-lines, central lines, chest tubes, and multiple IV pumps.
• Assess patient conditions, implement established policies, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Act as a clinical leader, precepting staff and assisting with discharge planning and patient education.
• Document patient care accurately and comply with hospital policies and procedures.
• Receive direction from providers, charge nurses, and supervisors.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Montana RN licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience practicing in an advanced medical/surgical or critical care setting.
• Ability to operate complex medical equipment and invasive lines.
• Strong knowledge of advanced nursing principles and procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• PALS, EPNC, or TNCC certifications.
• Recent critical care nursing experience.
