Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room setting, applying nursing skills to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, care team members, and patients’ families to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records while making independent and collaborative decisions regarding patient care.
• Work under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and oversee care delivery across various shifts.
• Adapt to float across different clinical units and locations as needed, ensuring high-quality care in all settings.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI, and NIHSS certifications.
• Previous Emergency Room experience is required.
• Ability to work variable shifts, including rotating schedules.
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a fast-paced emergency or acute care environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and multiple patient needs.
