**Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care/Senior Living** **Location:** Franklin, NH **Schedule:** Nights **Job Type:** Full-time **Required Qualifications:** • Current licensure as an LVN/LPN in the state of NH • 1+ year of experience in long term care or senior living • Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Key Responsibilities:** • Provide high-quality patient care to residents in a long term care or senior living setting • Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff • Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
