Key Responsibilities
• Perform MRI procedures in accordance with established protocols, including Abdomen, Brain, Spine, Pelvis, and extremity imaging.
• Prepare and administer contrast media, starting peripheral IVs, and follow isolation precautions.
• Operate Siemens MRI equipment, ensuring image quality and patient safety.
• Work independently on weekends, demonstrating competence and confidence in imaging skills.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and operational procedures, and collaborate with leadership for support as needed.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of MRI technologist experience.
• Certification: ARRT or ARMRIT.
• BLS certification.
• Proficiency in Siemens MRI systems.
• Knowledge of EPIC PACS or similar imaging software.
• Ability to perform specialized imaging including Magnetic Resonance Angiography (MRA), MRCP, and various spinal and soft tissue protocols.
• Experience with contrast media procedures and peripheral IV placement.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working independently on weekend shifts.
• Familiarity with advanced MRI imaging techniques such as Gradient Echo, MIP, and multiplanar reconstruction.
• Comfortable working with a high level of autonomy and confidence in technical skills.
