Job Title: Surgical Tech

Location: Charleston, SC

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shift (3x12s, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM), rotating weekends, no call

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in a variety of surgical procedures across multiple specialties including trauma, transplant, orthopedic, neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and robotics
• Prepare operating rooms, ensure sterile environments, and assist surgeons during cases
• Support complex surgeries such as neuro (spines, crani), ENT (flaps), and robotic procedures utilizing the DaVinci Xi system
• Maintain compliance with all safety and certification requirements, including radiation badges and certifications
• Work collaboratively within a busy, dynamic, nurse-driven environment within a Level I Trauma Center

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of surgical technologist experience
• Certification: NBSTSA (NO acceptance of NCCT), current BLS certification
• Valid radiation badge
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and accommodate facility needs
• Flexibility to float within scope and between units or sister facilities as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with neuro (spines, crani), ENT (flaps), and robotic surgery (DaVinci Xi)
• Familiarity with complex and trauma cases, including trauma/burns, transplants, and procurements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with diverse surgical cases
