Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, mid-shift (12-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to emergency room patients in a fast-paced environment
- Assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and administer appropriate treatments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient histories, assessments, and care deliverables accurately
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changing conditions
Required Qualifications:
- Valid RN license for the state of Wyoming
- Proven experience working in an emergency room or acute care setting
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Previous experience with trauma or critical care patient management
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
