Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and administer treatments
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Monitor patient status and update medical records accurately
- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an Emergency Department
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work nights and handle high-pressure situations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous ER or acute care experience in a hospital setting
- Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS
