Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele Location: Kealakekua, HI Shift: Nights (7p-7a) Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our medical surgical telemetry unit. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the well-being of our patients. Key Responsibilities: • Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal health outcomes • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients with complex medical needs • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medications, and treatments • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and team performance Requirements: • Current RN licensure in the state of HI • BSN degree or equivalent required • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical surgical telemetry or related specialty • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
