Schedule Full-time
Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to individual needs and facility policies • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
Required Qualifications • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of VT • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications
Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
