Here is the formatted job description: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele Location: Garfield Heights, OH Shift: Nights We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Medical Surgical/Tele environment. **Key Responsibilities:** • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical surgical/tele setting • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress **Requirements:** • Minimum of 18 months recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry • 18 months permanent Ohio License or Compact State License prior to travel • Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification • Willingness to obtain NIHSS prior to start • One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty is required • Charge RN references are accepted • ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation • Qualivis – Lotus hours submission system will be used **Schedule:** • Night shifts, 3-12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am Note: All requirements listed in this job description are non-negotiable and no exceptions will be made.
