Job Title
- Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

Schedule / Job Type
- Rotating shifts, full-time, long-term care facility
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments, treatments, and medication administration
- Notify physicians or nurse practitioners of pertinent patient information
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and activities of daily living (ADL) support
- Provide specialized care such as gastrostomy tube, urinary catheter, nebulizer, wound vac, and CPAP treatments
- Ensure proper documentation and communication of patient status
- Adhere to facility policies and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Current Hawaii Registered Nurse license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Active Hawaii RN license required at the start of assignment
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience performing complex assessments and treatments
- Knowledge of wound care, respiratory therapies, and medical devices
- Strong communication and documentation skills
