Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor patient progress and update documentation accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families on post-rehabilitation care and recovery processes.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky.
- Recent clinical experience in a rehabilitation or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- BLS certification.
- Experience with patient education and interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and procedures.
