Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 13-week assignment, night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in a Family Birth Center, including Labor and Delivery, Post-Partum, and Nursery.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, following established protocols.
- Support patients through all stages of maternity and neonatal care during night shifts.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Oregon.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience.
- Experience in Labor and Delivery, Post-Partum, and Nursery settings.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a rural or community hospital setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
