Full-time, temporary, day shifts, rotating 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units at a leading hospital.
• Float between units as needed, ensuring coverage and seamless patient care.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Recognize and respond promptly to cardiac rhythms and patient changes.
• Complete required assessments and certifications during orientation, including ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel.
• Recent Cardiac Stepdown experience; travel experience is acceptable.
• Valid Ohio or Compact State RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification.
• Ability to work at least every other holiday.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in PCU or Progressive Care units is preferred but not required.
• Prior travel nursing experience is a plus.
