Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical/tele setting • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions • Document patient information accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records
Required Qualifications • 18 months of permanent experience in Medical Surgical/Tele specialty (travel experience will be considered) • 18 months of recent Medical Surgical/Tele experience • Current Ohio License or Compact State License • Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification • Completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate training
Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience with electronic medical records and telehealth platforms • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • BSN degree or higher (optional)
