Registered Nurse LTC/SNF

LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF Gettysburg, PA Full-time Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) • Current certification in basic life support (BLS) and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) • Ability to pass a state-specific background check and obtain necessary clearances Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to communicate effectively with patients and families • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
