Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing patient treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to help patients improve their daily living and motor skills.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate session records.
• Support patients in exercises and activities prescribed by the supervising therapist.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state license for Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Rehabilitation Optima experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience assisting in occupational therapy settings.
• Knowledge of documentation and compliance standards in healthcare.
