Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a 34-bed Gastrointestinal/COVID Medical/Surgical Unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring compliance with care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient information thoroughly and accurately in electronic health records.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and holidays as required.
• Telemetry experience is preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience caring for diverse patient populations including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, acute care environment.
