Job Title: Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Care/Clinic/Outpatient

Location: Mt Pleasant, SC

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Assess patient needs, perform clinical assessments, and document findings accurately in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following established protocols.
• Educate patients on health management, procedures, and post-visit care instructions.
• Float within scope to support various outpatient units and meet facility demands as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina or multi-state/compact RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience, preferably in ambulatory or outpatient care.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records system.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous charge nurse or leadership experience.
• Urology outpatient care experience.
