Schedule / Job Type
• Rotating shifts, full-time

Key Responsibilities
• Circulate and scrub in cardiovascular operating room procedures, including heart surgeries.
• Participate in call and weekend rotations, with flexibility for coverage on multiple days.
• Potentially float to additional outpatient and ambulatory care settings as needed.
• Cover scheduled holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day.
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and stay current with required certifications and training.

Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in the state of Vermont or appropriate state licensure.
• BLS certification is required; CNOR certification preferred.
• Prior travel nursing experience within a large, teaching hospital environment.
• Experience circulating in cardiovascular surgery; scrub experience preferred.
• Epic EMR experience from the past two years is mandatory.
• Solid knowledge of procedures including ortho, robotics, general surgery, ENT, plastics, and neuro.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Strong skills working in a teaching hospital setting.
• Ability to handle diverse surgical cases with confidence.
• Experience working with IVs and maintaining sterile technique in high-pressure environments.
